There are many ways to generate leads in order to make sales for your internet marketing opportunities. It really depends on your budget. For the beginning marketer who has limited funds, I recommend starting off with safelists and traffic exchanges. This is how I first got started back in 2003. I created a lead capture page, and advertised that link in the traffic exchanges and safelists that I was a member of. In addition, I created a blog to write about various topics in marketing so that I could help people and share knowledge. The safelists and traffic exchanges send visitors to your lead capture page and visitors fill out the form there and that is how you get leads to market your business opportunities to. However, you don't want to send emails out from your personal or free email account like Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail. Instead you always want to be professional and send out responses from your email client like Aweber, Vertical Response or SendStream. You will be able to manage your mailings better this way if done correctly.
